Here is the start of reaching your personal and professional goals with a goal contract. To start simply copy to a word processor and fill it out,  print it and sign it. You have to place on paper and sign it with real ink. To make it real for your conscience and sub-conscience mind. This is the first step in reaching your goal(s).
